Business clients
How many workers can you send per day?
We place more than 100 workers on site every day. Tell us how many people you need and for how long, and we will tell you right away what we can provide.
How quickly can we get workers?
Using the worker databases of our three branches, same-day placement is possible. We reply within 24 hours of your request.
Which areas do you cover?
We recruit workers through our three branches in Gyeonggi-Gwangju, Seongnam and Cheonho, and our commute vehicles let us place them at sites throughout Gyeonggi Province.
Which industries do you supply workers to?
Mainly packing, picking, inspection and inbound/outbound work at logistics and distribution centers, plus manufacturing and production sites.
Can we use you for subcontracting?
Yes. We take on work by the task, and Taesan Crew is responsible for managing the workers and the results.
What if beginners are sent?
We place experienced workers first based on how demanding the site is. New workers start only after completing job and safety training.
How do you share attendance and status?
We share attendance, worker satisfaction, issue improvements, and new hire and placement status in daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Are you an officially registered company?
Each branch is registered as a paid job placement agency. You can see the certificates on the home page and on the certificates page.
Job seekers
I have no experience. Can I do it?
Yes. Many jobs are easy, like packing, picking and inspection, and you get safety training before you start.
How do I apply?
Text your name, date of birth, where you live, preferred meeting point, start date and preferred days to any branch. On the Jobs page, tap 'Send text' to open a message with the form already filled in.
Can I work just one day?
Yes. One day, short-term and long-term are all OK. If you only want to work weekends, contact us too.
When do I get paid?
Same day or next day, depending on the site. Ask the branch for details.
Is there extra pay for overtime?
Yes. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times.
Can foreigners apply?
It depends on your visa. F-2 (residence), F-5 (permanent residence) and F-6 (marriage migrant) can do most jobs. For F-4 (overseas Korean), it depends on the type of work. See the visa guide for details and ask the branch. You need to be able to speak everyday Korean. Visa guide
Is it loading/unloading work?
Many sites have no loading/unloading. Each job posting lists the work.
Which branch should I go to?
Contact whichever branch is easiest for you to get to, no matter where you live. If you are not sure, call the head office.
